The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric N Line showcases a sleek design inspired by the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6, elevating its aesthetics and efficiency. With an extended body length of almost 6 inches, the new model provides enhanced rear-seat legroom, ensuring a more comfortable ride. Inside, drivers and passengers are treated to an advanced interior featuring Hyundai’s next-gen infotainment system. Dual 12.3-inch touchscreens, a faster user interface, and seamless integration with Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto are now standard.

The N Line variant takes the Kona Electric to a new level, boasting distinctive elements such as aggressive front and rear bumpers and exclusive 19-inch wheels. The interior receives a sporty makeover with new seats featuring red stitching, N Line badges, and red accents on the steering wheel and dashboard, creating a sports car-inspired ambiance. N Line metal pedals and glossy black side mirrors further contribute to the model’s athletic appeal.

For UK customers, the Kona Electric N Line offers two enticing trims: N Line and N Line S. The base N Line, equipped with cloth seats and a 65 kWh battery, starts at €46,473. Opting for the N Line S, featuring an “eco-alcantara” and leather combination, starts at €49,579. The N Line S comes with additional perks, including heated and ventilated seats and a premium BOSE sound system. Safety features are enhanced with signature full-width DRL, full-projection LED headlamps, and other advanced systems.

Production of the Kona Electric N Line is set to commence in February, with the first models expected to hit the European market in the spring. While initially focused on the European market, there is speculation that Hyundai will introduce the N Line version in the United States, where the demand for EVs continues to rise. In 2023, Hyundai and Kia secured 8% of the US passenger EV market, delivering approximately 117,000 electric models.
